Text is usually fastest. Email works well for anything that involves documents or longer scenarios. Phone calls are fine but most of my clients prefer text and email — and so do I, honestly.

Office meetings are available by appointment. Most of my work happens over text, email, and occasional phone calls — I rarely need clients to come in person, and I know your time is valuable. But if you’d prefer to meet face-to-face, I’m happy to schedule it.

What Happens After You Reach Out

A real conversation, then real numbers. Not a sales process.

Step one is just a conversation. You tell me what you’re trying to do — buy a house, refinance, look at a specific property, evaluate an offer from another lender — and I’ll give you an honest take on what makes sense for your situation. No pressure, no credit pull, no commitment.

Step two, if it makes sense to keep going, is real numbers. I’ll quote your scenario with actual rates and closing costs based on current pricing. Not teaser rates, not “as low as” pricing — what you’d actually close at. If you’ve already got a quote from another lender, send it over and I’ll compare honestly. Sometimes I can beat it. Sometimes I can’t. Either way you’ll know.

Step three, if we’re moving forward, is application and document collection. I’ll send you a secure portal to upload tax returns, bank statements, and other documents. Same regulatory framework as any major lender — your information is protected the same way it would be at a bank. From there, we manage the process to closing together.

The whole timeline from “first message” to “keys in your hand” for a standard purchase is usually 30-45 days, sometimes faster. Refinances are typically 21-30 days. I’ll give you a realistic timeline for your specific scenario when we talk.
